Fees, locations, and other stuff

Counseling:  $60-$90 sliding scale for a 90 minute (hour and a half) session.   I offer a rate of $50 for students and those in need.  Counseling fees are payable to my supervisor, Leslie Larson, via cash or check.  Counseling sessions are provided through Oak Cottage, a shared community space located at 1004 W. 31st.  I can provide Skype sessions to clients who have an established face to face relationship with me.

Counseling appointments and are scheduled according to what works for you and me.  I do not have "set" office hours and am happy to work with early morning, evening and weekend times.   

Feldenkrais:  $90 per session--sessions last from 60-90 minutes depending on your needs.  Discounts available for bulk session rates.

TARA Approach:  goes by time:  $60 per hour.  I do it this way because TARA sessions are very organic and can range in length from one to two hours depending on the journey your system wants that day. Two hours is the max for any session as we want to leave you with energy to process your discoveries.

I do have some sliding scale available for both TARA and Feldenkrais sessions for those in need; just ask!

Feldenkrais and TARA Approach sessions are provided at my home in South Central Austin.  Depending upon the circumstance and appropriateness of the situation, I may be able to provide any of my services in-home for clients who are ill, restricted or homebound.  Please feel free to contact me about your needs.

Feldenkrais Awareness through Movement classes are taught at Heloise Gold's Tai Chi Studio, which is situated at the intersection of Barton Springs and Mopac. When you register for a class, I'll send you directions and a reminder.
